Communications plan
This communications plan looks into an expansion of Soap for Hope’s non-profit organization to Manitoba. They have a limited budget and are looking for low-cost ways to leverage communication to achieve expansion ambitions. Soap for Hope serves vulnerable populations and relies on donations from local businesses and community members; therefore, this plan requires a two-way symmetrical communications model between donors, the public, and other non-profits. influence. The campaign consists of 3 phases. The first phase is to secure monthly donations from new and existing donors for “Soap for Hope.” The second phase is to enhance credibility and reach by executing a comprehensive social media campaign. The third and final phase is the culmination, concluding with a celebration once the 10,000-pound milestone of donated products has been achieved. This 20-page communication plan was a collaboration by a small group (myself and two other students) and took place over the course of two months.
